Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Screenshot Gallery 2: InstallationIn my first Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) screenshot gallery, I included several general shots, including a few of the Windows-based installer bits. But installing SP1 is a multi-step process, and many of those steps take place outside of Windows, in the pre- and post-desktop environments. Installing SP1 also requires a number of reboots and, as documented previously, the installation of a number of pre-requisite updates. (Though most Vista systems should have had those installed previously.) Anyway, now that I'm back home, I've had a chance to do a few more SP1 upgrades, including some in virtual machines. These installs make it possible to take shots of the other setup steps, which are show here.
